Refund policy

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS (SINCERELY YOURS E-GIFT CARD): If an item does not work for you, it must be returned in the same condition it was received. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, smoke, deodorant, and perfume free, with tags still attached. We have the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

Holiday items: Please ship all holiday items back within 14 days of when the item was delivered with tags still attached.

FINAL SALE ITEMS: Any of the following are final sale. No exceptions. 

-Sale items (anything 30% or greater), all purses, BruMate, blankets/throws, socks, gloves, robes, swim, mystery grab bags, any accessories, jewelry

-ALL DOORBUSTERS

All items MUST be returned within 14 days of being delivered to you.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE:

In the event of a return, if a return equals less than the promotional amount to qualify for the gift, please include the promotional gift with your return. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If pickup is chosen, you have 14 days within day of order to return items. Any orders left after 14 days are considered final sale. 

We will use the delivery date from the USPS or UPS tracking link provided at the time of shipment. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a store credit (Sincerely Yours E-Gift Card) will be issued to the original email used to place the order. 

If your order originally qualified for free shipping but the return causes it to no longer meet that requirement, $8 (shipping cost) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
